Real Online Marketing Help for elite Plastic Surgeons and Dentist

“But I have been in business for 15 years and I did it without the help of the internet. What makes you thing I need the internet now?” That’s what a Veterinarian told me about 2 years ago. If he would have jumped on board 2 years ago, he would have had a ultimate leap on the competition. He called me yesterday begging for my help. Now here is what he said. “My competitors are smiling Dee, and I am not. You were right the whole time. How can I get started with your help?” What he did not know was that I had already started working with a Veterinarian about 3 miles from where his practice is. He was talking bout my client. lol.

It was already to late. As I took on a client in the veterinarian niche in his city, that’s it! That client has rights to my services for over a hundred mile radius. Anybody searching locally for his services in Google has to come through him first. And that’s within 100 miles if his practice.  My client was his competition and it was hurting his business. 2 years ago I was seeking to work with a veterinarian in his city.  He was the 3rd NO I got that day. Then I got a call from a direct mail campaign from my current client a Veterinarian  that did realize the potential of what I had to offer him. No, I was not selling websites, I was offering him an increase of business and sales. That’s exactly what he got, and the other veterinarian, is on his way out of business because my client, and other local vets that began to pick up on the Google trend.  Everyone else had flattened him right on out of the market. Sad, but its the way of the world now. The internet is the absolute best place to target your marketing for leads. Once done correctly, you business will have an untapped source of targeted leads that will never dry up.

NOTE: You don’t have to know how to do any of these things (that’s why you partner with guys like me), but you must be open to think out of the box just a little bit.

So when a plastic surgeon or chiropractor gets it’s daily mail delivered, who opens it up? A gatekeeper usually is the one that sees it first. Pretty understandable considering that most mail that comes to your office is junk and sales pitch. True indeed. But you did not get to your level of success as a plastic surgeon by being clueless to local trends that are going on in the marketing world. Or are you still clueless to the local internet trends. I am sure that many medical professionals reading this are absolutely clueless to how to keep up on the internet. You already know that it is needed. There is not substitute for NOT kicking butt on the internet with your business leading the way.

First mistake most plastic surgeons, dentist, and chiropractors make, they don’t look at the sales pitch to even seen what people are trying to sell to them. As of today 11 Mar 2011 your office maybe getting flooded with letters saying “Get your website on page 1 of Google,” or “SEO (search engine optimization) trials.”  Don’t be to quick to ignore these trend doctors. From here on out your whole lively hood depends on the internet. In a few years (5 at the most) any business that is not beating out their competitors in the local searches is truly TOAST. Well maybe not toast, but they will start feeling the effects of the soon to be “Be the best in your market or be gone,” economy. That’s what its coming to, and if you fail to keep up, or have someone on your team that is keeping up, you will notice changes within your annual profits. Seriously.

Don’t take my word for it. I am only a guy that studies Google’s in’s and out’s, out’s and in’s. Yes there are actually nerds that do things like this, but I actually get lots of satisfaction knowing how to please google and get the good rankings that my clients pay me well for. My last words of advice to any medical professional reading this article….. Don’t sleep on the G. (Google)

There are many ways to generate income from the internet, but what better way than to have your sites firm in the searches for keywords that your clients are searching for. And not only that, (here is the icing on the cake) I make sure that my clients dominate within a radius of 75-100 miles of area searches. So that means if you live in Miami, expect to have your search engine rankings showing in Coral Springs Fl, Hollywood Fl, and Ft. Lauderdale. It is a mind blower. Why not be know as that guy in your area. Somebody’s got to get them clients.

Once you are in the search rankings the only thing to be done is daily maintenance, which is also 1 less worry of clients I work with. It is not their job even think about these types things. My job is to bring in clients and revenue.
